How fast will my wipers get here?
Quicker than most people expect. Get your order in before 3pm, Monday to Friday, and we pack it and send it out that afternoon. Next-day delivery to the UK mainland is standard. You don't pay extra for it.
Orders that come in after 3pm, or over the weekend, go out on the next working day. Outside the mainland it can take a little longer. As soon as your parcel is on its way you'll get a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on it.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, even if all you want is a pack of refills.
Want it sent to work rather than home? Just put that address in at checkout. For anything else, drop us a line at info@wipewave.co.uk. We're around Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
We only deliver to UK addresses at the moment. Customs paperwork after Brexit made overseas orders more trouble than they were worth, so we stopped.
Wrong blades, or changed your mind? You have 30 days to send them back and the return postage is on us. The details are in our returns policy.

Not right now. Since Brexit the customs side got too complicated, so we only send to UK addresses.

The courier leaves a card telling you how to rearrange delivery or where to collect the parcel.
